How Pickup Works

Schedule ahead. I don't have fixed hours — everything is flexible. Message me on Facebook to set a ballpark time. Having a time locked in keeps me on alert and makes sure we connect.

Message me when you're leaving.

Message me once you're parked.

I'll bring your purchase out to you, unless it is large. If it is large, I will let you through the gate, and pickup in front of my storage unit. 

If plans change, message me. I'll do the same.

Hours

Weekdays: 4 PM – 9 PM (evenings). Earlier available by appointment.

Weekends: Around most of the day.

All pickups by appointment — message ahead.

Location & Parking

1750 28th St. SW, Wyoming, MI 49519

(Include SW in your GPS — between Burlingame and Byron Center, south side of the road)

You'll see an Arby's on the same side of the road, Taco Bell on the opposite side.

Park on the side of the tobacco shop, closer to the storage unit gate. You'll see the storage units — that's where I'll be coming from.

Please do not park in front of neighboring businesses. Those spots are for their customers. I do regular business and it wouldn't be respectful towards my neighbors to conduct sales in front of their shops. 

Solo female buyer arriving later in the day? You can park along the road (not directly in front of stores) for visibility if desired. 

Payment

Cash or Venmo preferred. Cashapp or Chime available. PayPal works, add 3% to cover fees. No Apple Pay (Samsung phone).

Holds

Holds are purely at my discretion. Depends on the item, length of time til proposed pickup, and my sense of the buyer's commitment to pickup.  

Unfortunately, too many people say that really really want something and then don't show up.  I have missed enough sales that I don't do extended holds without a deposit. A deposit is an acceptable method to extend a hold. If you really want it, make a deposit. If you want to roll the dice, that is equally acceptable.
