Return Policy

The majority of sales are final.

Mechanical items with a motor, typically an appliance or tool, are open to a 24 to 48 return policy.  Take it home, run it, test it. Confirm it is as stated. If it isn't I can refund you  upon return and examination. 

Ultimately I'm seeking win-win transactions that lead to repeat customers.  I am upfront about what I sell and have been told numerous times that I made the condition of items appear worse than actuality.  

Items are sourced from liquidation channels and sold as-is. Descriptions and condition notes reflect what's visible and available at the time of listing — I do my best to be accurate and upfront.  

I sell items way below retail price, that removes the cushion to accept returns. When a person buys from a liquidation reseller they do it to save money. The majority of time it works out, occasionally it doesn't. That is the liquidation market. 

If you want guaranteed satisfaction and a return policy, pay full retail.
